The top 40 inches of the flagpole rotates 360 degrees on ball bearings so your international country flag will resist wrapping around the pole. Pole is topped off with a gleaming matching silver ball. You can fly a flag with grommets or with a pole hem. Included is one 3'X5' polyester flag, one deluxe spinning pole and an adjustable white flagpole mounting bracket The 3x5' polyester flag has four rows of stitching on the fly end and polyester flags fly easily in light wind.
